Christmas Chaos

Remember when you were little and you got up at the crack of dawn on Christmas to open your presents? My sisters and I were up no later than 6:00am ever Christmas, just to see what Santa brought. We were up because we wanted to be, not because we had to be. These days we are up at 6:00am because we have to be not because we think it's great fun to get up at the crack of dawn on our day off.

You know, it seem like Christmas is suppose to be a time of relaxation and time to spend with your family and remember the birth of our Saviour, however, I feel like it's more chaotic than any other holiday. Here and there, Dylan doesn't even get to play with his toys on Christmas at our house. It more like, here Dylan open you presents, ok good, now go get in the tub, we have to be to grandma and grandpa's house for breakfast in an hour. At Grandma and Grandpa Taylor's we eat, open presents, and immediately take off to Great-Grandpa Biehn's, open more presents, have lunch, and take off again. Now we're at Jeremy's sister's house having a little rest time to open more presents with just his immediate family and of course not long after, taking off to Grandma Anderson's house for the duration of the day.

I think next year, we're going to change everything. I'm going to have a heart attack at this rate.

Well, for my first post, I have to say, this blogging isn't as bad as I thought it would be. I'll post some Christmas pictures after the chaos of tomorrow is over, and maybe blog a little about me and my family. Good times!!
